In five episodes, the documentary series ‘Neonstaub’ tells a lively chronicle of Hamburg's harbour district St. Pauli and its world-famous amusement mile. Using exclusive contemporary witnesses and never-before-seen footage, it offers an intimate perspective on a multifaceted picture of contemporary German history from the late 1950s to the early 1990s.
